Ingredients used in Banana Pan Cake With Dragon Fruit
• Bananas - 2 number.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Raisins - 6 number.
• Cashew nuts - 8 number.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 2 number.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Dragon fruit (slices) - 1 number.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take peeled bananasin a bowl, mash it, add powdered sugar, raisins, chopped cashew nuts, all-purpose flour, mix toa nice batter, add ateaspoon of baking powder, give it a mix and keep aside. Break open eggs, separate white from yolks, transfer yolks to the earlier batter and mix well. Whisk the separated egg whites to the desired consistencytransfer to prepared batter and mix it. Heat butter in a pan, pour the batter to make pancakes, fry on bothsides, transfer to servingplate, top with slices of dragon fruit and honey.
