Ingredients used in CUSTARD JUNNU
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Custard powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Colostrum milk - 1 cup.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add milk, sugar and boil it, add custard powder mixed in colostrum milk and boil it.
  • To it add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and boil it when it comes thick consistency, switch off the flame and rest it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add colostrum milk, mix nicely and pour it in ramekin mould.
  • Place it in a pressure cooker with little water and steam it for 15 minutes without a whistle.
  • Allow it rest and demould into serving plate and keep in the refrigerator and serve it cool.
