Ingredients used in CUSTARD JUNNU
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Custard powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Colostrum milk - 1 cup.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a pan, add milk, sugar and boil it, add custard powder mixed in colostrum milk and boil it. To it add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and boil it when it comes thick consistency, switch off the flame and rest it for 5 minutes. Then add colostrum milk, mix nicely and pour it in ramekin mould. Place it in a pressure cooker with little water and steam it for 15 minutes without a whistle. Allow it rest and demould into serving plate and keep in the refrigerator and serve it cool.
