Ingredients used in BAKED BANANA PEPPERS
• Banana pepper - 2 numbers.
• Spinach(blanched) - 1 bunch.
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pizza or processed cheese - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Slit the banana pepper and remove seeds by using backside of spoon. Take a bowl and add blanched spinach, sweet corn, garlic, onions, salt, pepper powder, pizza or processed cheese and mix nicely, later stuff in banana pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top of stuffing, place in baking tray. Bake it at 180 degree for 8-10 minutes and transfer into serving plate. Now baked banana pepper is ready to serve.
