Ingredients used in Baby lettuce salad
• Baby lettuce leaves - 4 cups.
• Raspberry vinegar - 4 tablespoons.
• Lamb stock - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Oregano (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Chives (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a smalll bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar and lamb stock.
  • Add herbs as close to serving time as possible.
  • Toss with baby lettuce.

Serve immediately.
