Ingredients used in ARVI PARATHA
• Colocasia/arvi - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion(finely chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Maize flour - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Chick pea flour - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil the colocasia and remove the peel and grate it.
  • In a pan add water, salt and boil it.
  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, boiled water and mix thoroughly like the chapati dough.
  • Take a bowl and add grated colocasia, onion, amchur powder, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, rice flour dough, maize flour, chickpea flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Take small dumpling and roll the paratha using a rolling pin and rice flour.
  • Heat the tawa and place the paratha and cook it on both sides using oil.

Now the arvi paratha is ready to serve with any pickle or curd.
