Ingredients used in Arati Karam
• Curry leaves - 4 cloves numbers.
• Garlic - 3 piece.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - as per req to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as req for deep fry grams.
• Raw banana - 1 numbers.
• Hing - as per req pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tamarind juice - 4-5 teaspoons.
Method:
Remove the upper layer of the raw banana. Cut the banana into round slices(Not too thick or not too thin slices). Take oil in a pan and fry the slices till the slice is cooked. Dont let the slice to become brown color. Now take the fried slice into a bowl and add Tamarind, Red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powderand mix it well. Now take 4-5 tbsp of oil, let it heat. Now add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hind, garlic amp; Curry leaves. Now add this tadka to the banana mixture.
