Ingredients used in araikeeraimasiyal
• Redchilly - 4 numbers.
• Dhania - 1 tablespoons.
• Tamarind - to taste.
• Small onion - 20 numbers.
• Greenchilly - 6 numbers.
• Tomato - 4 numbers.
• Any green leaves(araikeerai,ponnangani etc) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:

Cut onions intosmall pieces.Cut tomato,greenchilly,.Now take 1/2 amount of cut onions,tomato,greenchillies,amp;green leaves. Add water and cook it for 10 to 15 mins. In a kadai heat oil.Add dhania,cut onion(remaining),red chillies.Fry them till onions become brown. Add this to the cooked greens.Add required amount of salt.Grind it .
