Ingredients used in AILA FISH FRY
• Fish (indian mackerel) - 2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
Method:
  • First, clean up the fish and give gashes on both sides.
  • Take a bowl, add oil, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, mix this well.
  • To it, add ginger garlic paste and apply this masala mixture to the fish on both sides, rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat a pan, add marinated fish, cook it for 7 minutes on both sides on a slow flame then pour the oil on top of the fish, cook it for few minutes.

Serve this hot with rice, sambar.
