Main Ingredient : Vegetables
Servings : 2 persons
Published date : November 12, 2016

Ingredients used in VEGETARIAN SEEKH KABABS
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - half tea spoon.
• Green chillies finely chopped - 2 no.
• Garlic finely chopped/grated - 4 clove.
• Spring onions finely chopped - 3 no.
• Baby salad spinach finely chopped - 1 cup.
• Carrot - grated - 1 cup.
• Potato large - boiled, peeled and grated - 1 cup.
• Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Squeeze the water out of the grated carrots. Use the ready pack baby spinach which is for salads since it has no water and is a pre-washed packet.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and make sure that the mixture binds well with the bread crumbs. You should be easily able to skewer them onto bamboo skewers. Apply little oil all over the kababs.
  • Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake in the oven at highest temperature for 14 minutes turning the skewers once after 7 minutes. You may spray some non stick spray on the sheet.
  • Wait for it to cool a little and then carefully remove from the skewers.
  • Garnish with lemon juice and finely chopped mint leaves.
