Ingredients used in Vegetable Shami kabab
• Dry mango powder - 1 pinch.
• Garama masala powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Khoya - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Channa dal boiled - half cup.
• Raw banana - 1 number.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - half bunch.
• Butter - as required.
Method:
  • Boil banana in water remove the skin and mash.
  • Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion, salt, green chillis chopped, ginger galic paste, turmeric, mint leaves, now add boiled channa dal mix well.add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder mix well again.
  • Now add mashed Banana, coriander, dry mangopowder mix well switch off the flame and mash this mixture again.For stuffing take paneer or khoya add onion, salt, pomegranate coriander leaves, chilli powder, chat masala mix well.
  • Take both the mixture and divide into equal poration stuff the khoya mixture in banana mixture make into samll dumplings or shapes as required.
  • Take a pan add little butter or oil fry both the side till golden brown colour.
