Ingredients used in Sweet Potato Salad
• Sweet potato - 4 numbers.
• Green onions (sliced) - half cup.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Celery - half cup.
• Green chili - half cup.
• Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup.
• Salt (optional) - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut sweet potatoes in cubes; place in glass or plastic bowl.
  • Mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • Stir in celery, green pepper and onion. Garnish with parsley.
