Ingredients used in Mutton Cauliflower Recipe
• Mutton pieces - 500 grams.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Cut the mutton into small pieces and cauliflower into florets. Fry the chopped onions in the oil until golden brown. To this, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes. Also, add chopped tomatoes and yogurt, cook until tomatoes get tender. Then add cauliflower, chili powder, salt, and cook until all the water evaporates. Serve with fried rice with cilantro on it.
