Ingredients used in Mutton Soup
• Gingelly oil (optional) - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Pepper corns - to taste.
• Garlic - 6 - 7 clove.
• Tomotao - 1 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Mutton - 200 grams.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Grind onion, garlic, pepper, cumin in a blender.
  • Clean the mutton.
  • In a pressure cooker, add mutton, grounded paste, tomato, green chillies, and salt.
  • Wait till 2 - 3 whistles.
  • When the pressure is realeased, add gingelly oil(u can add any oil) and let it boil for few seconds.

Garnish it with Coriander leaves.

This recipe is good. But I sugest that instead grinding various ingredient, it should be used without grinding. Add a glass of yogurt to make it less spicy and more nourish.ingwaveform thanks yousuf

Very nice and quick way to cook. But very spicy and hot. A perfect remedy for a cold/flu....My Boyfriend loves it. Many thanks for saving my relationship!!!
