Ingredients used in Veggie pops
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herb - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Green peas(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Water (hot) - 1 cup.
• Carrot(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Beans(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Bread crumb - 1/2 cup.
• Curry powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped bean, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, corn, saute it by adding salt, mixed herb, pepper powder, chopped spinach along with hot water and semolina, mix it. Cook it with closed lid on a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • After that, sprinkle some curry powder, cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  • To that mixture, add the all purpose flour and mix it well to make smalldumplings. Keep aside.
  • Take some all purpose flour, season it withsome salt and bread crumbs.
  • In this,drop the veggie dumplings to coat them and dip all the coated veggie pops into the hot boiling water and again coat the all purpose flour mixture then dip it into the hot water and again in the bread crumbs then deep fry in the hot oil.

Serve this hot with favorite sauce.
