Ingredients used in Vegetarian Stew
• Kohlrabi - 4 numbers.
• Couscous - half cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Raisin - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet potato - 2 numbers.
• Garbanzo beans - 500 grams.
• Zucchini - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 5 numbers.
• Ginger powder - half tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 3 cups.
Method:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
