Ingredients used in Upma
• Cream of wheat - 1 cup.
• Onion sliced - 1 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1/8 teaspoons.
• Cashewnuts - 2 numbers.
• Lemon (optional) - 1/4 piece.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Clove garlic - 1 numbers.
• Ginger - 1/4 piece.
• Green chili chopped - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Dry roast cream of wheat for 5 minutes till the aroma is released.
  • Put two tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat. Splutter mustard seeds and add Urad dal, cashew nuts, and garlic cloves.
  • Add the onion, chilli, and ginger and fry till the onion turns brown. Add cream of wheat and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and peas.
  • Add two cups of boiling water and stir for 2 minutes.Switchoff the stove as soon as the water is poured.
  • Cover the vessel for 4 minutes. Add lemon juice if needed.

ALl the recipes I saw on vahrehva webste does not have videos..it says that videos will be uploaded soon. Wanted to know is there some error on the website? Also I cannot see any recipe review...all I see is the number of reviews but cannot read them
