TRI COLOR CHAPATI

Ingredients used in TRI COLOR CHAPATI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spinach puree(blanged) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot puree(blended) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil/butter - 7-8 teaspoons.
• Beetroot puree(blended) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt.Now add carrot puree and mix it like a dough. Add oil and knead it again to make a soft dough and keep it aside.
  • Now again take some flour add salt, spinach puree and knead it well by adding some oil.
  • In the same way take some flour add salt, beetroot puree and knead it well by adding some oil.
  • When all the three colours dough is ready roll it like roti’s.
  • Now apply butter on one of the roti’s-carrot roti and apply butter then sprinkle little flour on it and keep another- beetroot roti on it. Apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it then keep the last spinach roti on it, then again apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it.
  • Roll it completely very carefully and cut into pieces on chopping board. Roll the pieces into roti’s by dusting little flour.
  • Add butter/oil on hot pan and cook roti's on both the sides by adding little oil or butter.
  • Take it in a plate and apply some tomato ketchup on it.

TRI COLOR CHAPATI is ready to serve.
