TAMARIND CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in TAMARIND CHUTNEY
• Cumin seeds - 1 pinch.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch.
• Mustard seeds - 1 pinch.
• Dry red chillies - 2-4 numbers.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Tamarind - 7-10 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and dry roast it.
  • To it add onions and saute it.
  • Take a blender and add soaked tamarind, dry roasted ingredients, salt and blend into a smooth paste.
