Ingredients used in Stuffed Banana Peppers
• Roasted bengal gram flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander chopped - 2 tablespoons.
• Paneer grated - 50 grams.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mushrooms & stems(chopped) - 100 grams.
• Banana peppers - 7 numbers.
• Mustard paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
In a bowl add mushrooms, stems cut them into small pieces. Add salt, chilly powder, chopped garlic, cumin powder, amchur powder, Indian chat masala, mix it well and add paneer, chopped coriander, roasted bengal gram flour, mix it up. Take the banana peppers (cut them and remove seeds stalks, tip part) Stuff the mushroom paneer mixture. Heat oil in a pan add stuffed banana peppers put the lid on cook for some time. Take mustard paste, dilute with lemon juice and add salt, mix it. Pour the mustard paste liquid on the top of the stuffed banana peppers. Serve this with biryani or as finger foods.
