Ingredients used in Spinach Soup
• Fresh spinach small - 1 bunch.
• Peas - 1/4 cup.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Vegetable stock - (1-1/2) cup.
• Coconut milk - (1-1/2) cup.
• Chili sauce - 1/8 tea spoon.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/8 cup.
• Ginger (minced) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

  • Heat oil in a sauce pan, add finely chopped onion and minced ginger, saute it till onions are slightly transparent.
  • Then add vegetable stock, coconut milk, and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Later, season it with peas, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt.
  • Now, bring this soup mixture to boil then cook it again by adding chopped spinach for about 5-7 minutes.
  • At last, sprinkle pepper powder, mix and serve it hot with steaming rice.
