Ingredients used in SIMPLE PASTA
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Different colour capcicum - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 1-2 numbers.
• Pasta - 100 grams.
• Mustard - half tea spoon.
• Urid dal - half tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Bring 1 litre water to a boil add 1 teaspoon oil,little salt and add pastas,cook well till fully boiled strain and remove .
  • Rinse with cold water.To a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil add halfteaspoon mustard,halfteaspoon urid dal,curry leaves,chopped onion,chopped tomato,chopped capcicum,turmeric powder and saute nicely .
  • Now add cooked pasta adjust salt. remove serve hot.
