Ingredients used in Simple Honey Salad
• Red capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
• Yellow capsicum (chopped) - 1 number.
• Sweet corn (kernels) - 1/4 cup.
• Green apple (thin slices) - 1/2 number.
• Onion (slices) - 1/2 number.
• Papaya (thin slices & cut into small pieces) - 1/2 number.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cherry tomatoes (chopped) - 4 number.
• Peanuts - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Salad oil or olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add chopped cubes of red & yellow capsicum, kernels of sweet corn, green apple slices, finely sliced and chopped onion, papaya, lemon juice, mix well.
  • Then add chopped cherry tomatoes and give it a good mix.
  • Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds then slightly crush to a coarse powder and transfer it the mixing bowl along with a pinch of salt, honey, olive oil, chopped coriander leaves, make sure everything is properly mixed.

DeliciousSimple Honey Salad is now ready to serve.
