Ingredients used in Shrimp Egg
• Shrimp (cooked) - 1 cup.
• Sprouted beans - 1 cup.
• Egg - 6 numbers.
• Cabbage - 2 cups.
• Chopped onion - 1/4 cup.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic powder - half tea spoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Canola oil - 4 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Place 2 tablespoons oil in large pan, cook onions and cabbage over medium flame until tender.
  • Remove from heat and drain off excess liquid and set the onions and cabbage to the side.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl and mix soy sauce, spices, onion & cabbage mixture and sprouts.
  • Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Spread half of mixture into the hot pan, as you would for pancakes and sprinkle the shrimp evenly on top.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes, or until edges begin to brown, and when jiggled, they slide in the pan.
  • Flip them over and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.

Serve hot.
