SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• French beans(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cabbage(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green peas - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrot(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Yellow bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Red bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• 5 spicy powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, red chili paste, vinegar, soya sauce and saute it for 1 minute.
  • To it add tomato ketchup, little salt, little sugar and saute it.
  • Add french beans, green bell pepper, onions, cabbage, green peas, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and saute it for 1 minute.
  • Add 5 spice powder, cooked basmati rice and mix nicely on high flame.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add beaten egg and scramble it.
  • Switch off flame, transfer into above rice pan later add spring onions and saute it.

Now schezwan fried rice is ready to serve.
