Ingredients used in Sandwich
• Bread slices - 2 slice.
• Egg (boiled) - 2 numbers.
• Chickpeas (boiled) - 10-15 numbers.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Hung yogurt - 1/4 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions(chopped) green part - 1 tablespoon.
• Lettuce - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a mixie jar add boiled chickpeas, garlic and grind it, transfer into a bowl.
  • In this add salt, pepper powder, hung yogurt and mix it.
  • Now take a bread slice apply the yogurt mixture, in this add egg, sprinkle some salt, pepper powder, spring onion,lettuce and cover another bread slice, cut it in half then serve it
