Ingredients used in RIDGE GUARD AND GREEN PEAS FRY
• Ridge gourd peel - 2 cups.
• Boiled green peas - 2 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted chanadal - 1 tea spoon.
• Black gram - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Curry leaf - 2 spring.
• Red chilies - 3 numbers.
Method:
Firstly clean ridge gourd and grind in a blender to make a paste. Now in a hot pan add oil, roasted chana dal and saute it for few minutes. Add black gram, mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaf. After that add ridge gourd peel and required salt. Don’t cook them too much. Now add boiled green peas and remove it from the flame.
