Ingredients used in Ribbon Pakoda
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water (to mix dough) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Crush ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt with a pestle.
  • Take a bowl, add rice flour, carom seeds, crushed paste, hot oil and mix nicely.
  • Add water, mix nicely to a hard dough, take dumpling and place it ribbon mold press.
  • Press it in hot oil and fry it until it is crispy transfer into a plate.

Now ribbon pakoda is ready to serve.
