Ingredients used in Raw Mango Ginger Chutney
• Tamarind pulp - half cup.
• Jaggery - half tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chillies - 3 number.
• Curry leaves - 3 sticks.
• Ginger ( chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Raw mango ( chopped ) - 1 cup.
• Sesame oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add dry red chillies, chopped ginger and saute it for 4 - 5 minutes , put off the flame , cool it and grind to a coarse powder.
  • In the same pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves, hing, ginger paste and saute it.
  • Now add salt, jaggery, cook well for about 4 - 5 minutes, switch off the flame, add chopped raw mango pieces and serve it hot with rice or roti of your choice.
