Ingredients used in RAJMA SANDWICH
• Oil - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Potato(boiled and mashed) - 1 cup.
• Paneer(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• White pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rajma(boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Bread slice - 4 numbers.
• Processed cheese - 25 grams.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions, a little salt and saute it.
  • To it add green bell pepper, potato, paneer, red chilli powder, white pepper powder and saute it switch off the flame.
  • Add rajma, a little salt and mix the stuffing thoroughly.
  • Spread the stuffing on bread slice and grate the processed cheese later cover it with another bread slice.
  • Heat butter on the grilling tawa and place the stuffed bread and grill it on both sides with butter.
  • Cut the sandwich into a triangle shape.

Now the rajma sandwich is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
