Ingredients used in Quick Egg Curry
• Medium onions chopped - 2 numbers.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Meat masala - 1(1/2) tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste. - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cury leaves - 2 springs.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter then add onions. Stir-fry for a minute
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and let it fry for another few minutes. Now add the curry leave and meat masala. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes till the oil separates.
  • Once the masala is fried, add 1 cup of boiling water to it. Add salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Then cook for a minute and break the eggs into the curry.Dont stir it and let the eggs cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Later, stir the curry gently and remove from fire.
