Ingredients used in Masala Grilled Sandwich - Potato Masala
• Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Bread slices - 4 numbers.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilly (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Paneer (grated) - 100 grams.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a bowl add grated potato (boiled), garam masala, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, red chili powder, salt, chat masala, chopped onions, mix this.
  • Take a bread slice spread the potato mixture, take another bread slice spread the mint chutney on this spread the grated paneer, now cover this potato bread with another slice of bread, to which both sides apply butter.
  • Put this on a grill, the sandwich till browned from both sides.
  • It is crisp from outside and spicy, soft from inside.

Serve masala grilled sandwich hot with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:

Bread slice                            -           2 nos

Chaat masala                       -           1 tsp

Coriander, chopped           -           2 bunch

Garam masala                      -           1 tsp

Green chillies, chopped     -           3 nos

Mint chutney                         -           2 tbsp

Onions, chopped                 -           2 nos

Paneer, grated                      -           100 gms

Potatoes, boiled                   -           4 nos

Red chilli powder                 -           1 tbsp

Salt                                         -           to taste

Directions:

Take a bowl and add grated potatoes, garam masala, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, onions and mix all ingredients well. Take a bread slice and spread the potato mixture over the slice. Take another bread slice and spread mint chutney on over that spread a layer of grated paneer. Now cover this with the potato spread slice.

Apply butter on the outer sides of the bread slices and put this in a grill sandwich and cook till browned and crisp on both sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
