looks easy and delicious i always wanted to know diffrences between biryani and pulao now i know from ur vids in pulo u dont drain the rice and the spices are milder. thxxx i will make shahi pulo for my hubby ^_^

@lovely0th biryani is rice mixed with vegetables or meats, with masala added to it, to make a full dish.
