Ingredients used in Potato Tortino
• Potatoes - 500 grams.
• Parmesan cheese (grated) - 4 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon nutmeg powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Pressure cook, peel, mash potatoes and keep aside.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of cheese, salt, pepper, butter, nutmeg powder.
  • Heat a heavy omelette pan, add olive oil, press the potato mixture in it and heat on low flame till base is golden brown.
  • Invert carefully with a wide spatula. Roast the other side similarly.
  • At last, sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top.
  • Grill in oven to melt the cheese before serving.
