Ingredients used in Pinwheel Sandwich
• Bread (slices) - 3 number.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Capsicum (grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chutney - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato chutney - 1/4 cup.
• Beetroot (grated) - 1/4 cup.
• Cheese (slices) - as required.
Method:
  • Cut and remove the edges of bread slices, spread butter evenly.
  • Apply tomato chutney on a slice of bread and top it with grated carrot.
  • Apply green chutney to anotherslice of bread and top it with finely chopped capsicum.
  • Top the third bread slice with grated beetroot and keep aside.
  • Now roll the three bread slices by using butter paper and seal the edges.

DeliciousPinwheel Sandwich is now ready to serve by cutting into roundels.
