PICKLED JALAPENOS

Ingredients used in PICKLED JALAPENOS
• Water - 1 cup.
• Vinegar - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Jalapenos(pieces) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water for 1 or 2 minutes and add vinegar, salt, sugar and boil it.
  • Add jalapenos and boil it for 2 minutes and switch off flame.
  • Transfer into pickled jar and allow it cool down.

Now pickled jalapenos is ready.
