Phulcobi Do Piaji

Ingredients used in Phulcobi Do Piaji
• Cauliflower - 1 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 1 oz.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Onion - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces.
  • Cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Grind the cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies. Mix it with the cauliflower pieces.
  • Add vinegar and salt to it and keep it for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put the onion pieces.
  • Now put the cauliflowers into the pan and cover it with tomato pieces.
  • Add the powdered spices. Cover the lid and lower the flame until cauliflower is cooked fully.
