Ingredients used in PEANUT CHUTNEY
• Red chillie - 6-7 numbers.
• Shredded coconut - half cup.
• Tamarind - 1 pinch.
• Peanut - 1 cup.
• Mustard seeds,urud dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Roast the peanut till its golden brown.peel the skin of it. put the tamarind,cocnut,red chili and roasted skin pealed peanut ,salt into blender and grind it as paste.
  • Add tempering to it ,in oil fry the mustard seeds,urud dal,curry leaves and mix it with the paste.

Serve with idli,dhosai.
