Ingredients used in Peanut Butter Balls
• Butter (cubes) - 2 number.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar powder - 1 tablespoon.
• All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, cinnamon powder, peanut butter, sugar powder, all-purpose flour and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling, make round balls and keep in refrigerator to freeze for 30 -40 minutes.
  • Insert toothpick inside the ball then dip in pancake batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry butter balls until golden brown in color. Transfer to a serving plate.

Now ready to serve peanut butter balls with chocolate sauce, ice cream.
