Ingredients used in PASTA PULAO
• Sliced onion - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Black pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Pastas (pipe pastas) - 1 cup.
• Basmati rice(saok in water for 30 mints) - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Capsicum diced - 1 number.
• Cauliflower cut in samll pieces - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala power - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinamon stcik - 1 small.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a pan, put some water and put pastas and boil it .
  • Take another pan put 2 tablespoon oil and add whole garam masla and then add sliced onion,saute the onion till it gets golden brown in colour .(do it on a slow flame )so tht onion should nt get burned.
  • Once the onion gets gloden brown now add all the vegetables ie capsicum and cauliflower.
  • Add red chili powderand garm masala.
  • Now add water ie double the amount of rice ( 1cup rice so 2 cup water)
  • Now add rice which we have already soaked
  • And finally add boiled pastas to it mix it once and cover it with lid till rice gets cooked.

Atlast garnish it with corianeder leaves .
