Ingredients used in Panna Cotta
• Fresh cream - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Gelatin - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/2 as required.
• Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat pan, add cream, sugar, vanilla essence and bring it to one boil.
  • Switch off flame and add coconut milk, gelatin mixed in hot water.
  • Strain into glass jar and pour ¾ into roly poly glass and silicon moulds, keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Take a mixie jar, add pomegranate seeds and blend it then strain into a pan.
  • Add sugar, boil until it comes to thick consistency and switch off flame, allow it cool.
  • Now pour this mixture on top of glass and serve it.

Hei.. I tried this recipe with normal milk instead of coconut milk :-) And with strawberry sauce.. So yummmyyy its was... Melting in mouth.. Thanks for the recipe.. :-)?
