Ingredients used in pani poori or Golgappa
• Club soda in room temperature - 1 can.
• Pani poori sooji (u can get it in indian stores) - 200 grams.
• Sooji - 100 grams.
• Salt - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take fine sooji and pani poori sooji put 1/2 teaspoon of salt and knead a very soft dough by adding club soda and keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  • Then make small balls in a plate and keep it aside covered.
  • You have to make pooris in roti maker electric one in medium temperature, put 2 balls in roti maker and press them and take out after 10 sec, repeat the process and make around 20 pooris at a time and keep them on a disposable plate.
  • Now fry the pooris on medium high temperature (if poories don't come good so lower the temperature) use corn oil for this it will help your pooris to stay for longer. Keep the pooris in air tight container.
  • This quantity will get u around 200 small pooris.

i made the pooris but they are not crispy...they are soft can you help me
