Ingredients used in OATS APPLE MUFFINS
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Oats - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Caster sugar - 1 cup.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Butter - 1 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 1 teaspoons.
• Apple - 1 numbers.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add all purpose flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, caster sugar and mix nicely.
  • In another bowl, add egg, butter, yogurt and mix nicely.
  • Later, to it even add all purpose flour mixture, finely chopped apple pieces without peel and mix nicely.
  • Pour this mixture up to¾ portion in muffin moulds and arrange in a baking tray.
  • Now, preheat oven at 180-degreecentigrade then place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until it is done.
  • At last, de-mould into theserving plate and serve it.
