Ingredients used in Mungaku Tho Pulao
• Peanuts - 1/2 cup.
• Sesame seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Coconut oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Crushed cardamom - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup.
• Baby onion - 6 numbers.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Basmathi rice - 1 cup.
• Drumstick leaves - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Dry roast peanuts, sesame seeds and blend it to a fine powder.
  • Heat coconut oil and add cumin seeds, crushed cardamom, red chilli flakes, cashew nuts, baby onion, coconut milk, salt, blended peanut and sesame seeds powder and cook it for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add basmati rice and cook it.
  • When is rice is almost cooked, add drumstick leaves and cook with closed lid for some more time.

Delicious Mungaku Pulao is now ready to serve
