Ingredients used in Missi roti
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped green chilies - 2 no.
• Chopped onion - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powdeer - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Besan - 2 cup.
• Wheat flour - 4 cup.
• Butter - as required.
• Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients together with water to knead into a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into 12 balls. Roll them in discs of about 3 diameter on floured board.
  • Roast both sides of rotis on a hot griddle till they are cooked. Apply Butter on top of each roties and serve hot.
