Ingredients used in METHI PARATHA
• Wheat flour - 1-2 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 number.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic(crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Methi leaves(chopped) - 2-3 bunch.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

Method-1

  • 1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup wheat flour, salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, water and make the soft dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, salt and saute it.
  • Add crushed garlic, methi leaves, cumin powder, pepper powder when the methi leaves are soft add amchur powder and mix thoroughly and keep the stuffing mixture aside.
  • Take the small dumpling of the dough and make small poori and keep the methi stuffing and close the edge.
  • With the help of rolling pin make the p+a6ratha.
  • Heat the tawa and place the paratha and cook it on both side by using oil or butter.

Method-2

  • Take a bowl and add 3 tablespoon of stuffing and 3 tablespoon of wheat flour, little water and mix thoroughly and make the soft dough.
  • Now roll the paratha using rolling pin.
  • Heat the tawa and place the paratha and cook it on both side by using oil or butter.

Now the methi paratha is ready to serve with any chutney.

Sanjay, this video doesn't have HD feature enabled. Your other videos have HD feature but not this one. I do have the latest flash player (because I could see HD on other videos). BTW, great video!!!!!
