Ingredients used in Mash Aloo Methi
• Potato (boiled) - 2 number.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cream - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 number.
• Mustard oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Grate boiled potato in a bowl, season it with nutmeg powder, pepper powder, cream, and mix well.
  • To it, even add chopped onion, coriander leaves, mustard oil, give it a mix.
  • Dry roast sesame seeds until itscolour slightly changed.
  • Then add 1 teaspoon of ghee, chopped green chillies, fenugreek leaves, salt.
  • After that,mix this fenugreek mixture to earlierpotato mashed bowl and mix it again.

DeliciousMash Aloo Methi is now ready to serve with roti.
