MANGO SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients used in MANGO SPONGE CAKE
• Butter - 30 grams.
• Sugar - 20 grams.
• Egg - 1/2 numbers.
• Mango pulp - 1/2 cup.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Choco chip - 1-2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add butter, sugar and mix it. To it add ½ of beaten egg and mix nicely.
  • To it add mango pulp, vanilla essence and mix nicely.
  • To the all-purpose flour bowl and baking soda, baking powder, wheat flour, semolina, choco chips and mix nicely.
  • Add this mixture to butter mixture and mix nicely.
  • Transfer into butter greased baking tray and bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and rest it later cut into pieces.

Now the mango sponge cake is ready to serve.
