Ingredients:
- Cream - 1 pint
- Mango Jelly (veg friendly) - 2 nos
- Mango puree - 1 can
- Strawberry or Cherry - 8 nos
- Sugar - 50 gms
- Water - ½ cup
Directions:
- Take heavy cream and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
- Mix and fold the cream into the mango mixture. Make sure that the Mango mixture is at room temperature.
- Take few bowls, arrange some sliced strawberries and pour the mango mixture into the bowls.
- Set it in the refrigerator for ½ hour.
- Garnish the mango mousse with pomegranate seeds and top it with whipped cream.
