- Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and mix it. Add butter and mix nicely using slightly hot water to make the slightly stiff dough.
- Remove seeds from dates and chop it and keep aside.
- In a pan, add sugar, dates and cook for 5minutes until sugar dissolves by adding little butter, water so date becomes slightly soft.
