Ingredients used in CREAMY STICKY RICE WITH MANGO
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Coconut milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Kewra water - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh coconut - 1 cup.
• Mango dices - 1 cup.
Method:
In mashy cooked rice add salt, coconut milk, coconut oil, kewra water then switch off the flame and mix it nicely. Then add sugar and mix it. Transfer into a plate and place it in refrigerator. After few minutes take out the plate then add grated coconut and mix it. Transfer mango dices into a serving bowl then place rice mixture on top of it. Then add coconut milk on top of it. Then again place mango dices on top of the coconut milk. Again place the rice mixture on top of mango dices. Cook the sugar in a pan till it reach a golden in color. Then stir it to cool it down till it feel like a thick jam. Using with fork spin the sugar like a thin threads Then place these threads on top of the rice mixture. Now Creamy sticky mango rice is ready.
